     2.  A  senior   translator  carefully  reviews the original  text  and
          the translation.

     3.  Grammar    problems,  punctuation  and   typing   errors   are
          checked again.

     4.  The  translated document is sent to you through an e-mail  or
          fax. A  laser  print may be delivered,  if  you wish, through  a
           courier service.

     5.  Feedback from you through a client evaluation of  the service.
